Flits Swap Service Update

Hi everyone,

As most of you have experienced the swap feature in the app was sometimes not as optimal as we would have liked after Crex closed down for European users and investors. In the meantime, we have used Graviex, but this was just a temporary solution as their API was not consistent enough and resulted in delays and funds not being automatically transferred to the user's wallet.

To resolve this issue we have moved away from Graviex to Birake, their API is much better optimized and this will resolve 99% of the issues we were experiencing with Graviex. We are still optimizing this new integration but as of now, everyone can use the swap again without any delays and issues.

Of course, the swaps are still based on the order book of the exchange, so sometimes, depending on the volume of a coin, the swap can take longer. In V5.0 of the new app we are working on a way to provide users more and up-to-date information on their swaps, so it is easier to manage expectations. This will also give users a better understanding of the functioning of the swap feature. 

Because we are moving away from Graviex, there is a chance some projects are no longer supported in the swap feature, but other projects that were not supported are possibly re-introduced again, this will depend on the project.

We are glad to finally be able to inform everyone that the swap issues should be resolved and everyone can enjoy this feature again.

Because there are still pending swaps that have been initiated before we switched to Birake, some users may still experience delays with their swaps because these are being processed by Graviex. Everyone who is experiencing these issues can open a support ticket in the app, and we will manually resolve this for you. Please keep in mind it can take some weeks before all pending swaps with Graviex are completely resolved.
