We wish to inform those Flits app users holding AKC, that our technical team have checked and verified the AKC chain, and can confirm that it is indeed not moving. They are of the opinion that all appears rather ‘dead’, though may possibly still attempt to reach out to the AKC dev team at some point. The issue appears to have made its debut around the 16th of Feb.
As it stands, the creation of new wallets and deployment of masternodes will be disabled shortly. Existing masternodes are also intended to be stopped in due course.
Note: Please do not try to send AKC coins, as it will end up in the ‘mempool’ , though will become invalid in 72 hours. The sending function will likely be disabled soon.
Although users will not be able to send AKC coins per se.. the use of the Official Flits Extraction Tool remains an option to effectively import the coins into another wallet. Note: This is at a users own risk. The tool should only be downloaded from the Official Flits GitHub: https://github.com/flitsnode/flits-extraction-tool
In closing we once again wish to stress to our loyal community to always practice their own due diligence with regards to their potential crypto holdings.
Try to stay safe.
Team Flits
