Backing Up Your Seed Phrase

When setting up a new Flits app account, users are prompted to save a 24 word phrase - called a "seed". This seed phrase is how your private keys are stored - and therefore effectively contains all the funds in that particular Flits app setup.

Note: It is critical that you keep a precise & secure non-digital backup. This is the only way your balances may be retrieved – should the worst indeed happen. Provided that nothing has gone awry, this information should still be retrievable for such purposes.

• On the navigation pane, select the "User" tab.
• Click on “Settings”.
• Now choose "My Seed"

Note: You will be prompted to setup a pin code - if you haven't done so already.
